
Our commitment is to:
a) To ensure that safety is the top priority of all managers and all employees, with the participation and support of management
b) Promote, develop and embed a positive safety culture in all our aviation activities that recognizes the importance and value of effective aviation safety management and acknowledges at all times that safety is paramount;
c) Clearly define for all staff their accountabilities and responsibilities for the development and delivery of aviation safety strategy and performance;
d) Ensure that externally supplied systems and services that impact upon the safety of our operations meet appropriate safety standards;
e) Actively develop and improve our safety processes to conform to world-class standards and EU Regulation;
f) Comply with and, wherever possible, exceed legislative and regulatory requirements and standards;
g) Establishing and operating a hazard reporting system and risk management processes to reduce the safety risks of the consequences of hazards originating from our company or activities to an acceptable level.
h) Ensuring that employees will not be subject to any kind of disciplinary actions unless there is a deliberate negligence or gross misconduct.
i) Ensure thatno action is taken against any employee who discloses a safety concern through the hazard reporting system unless the discolsure demonstrates beyond all reasonable doubt an unlawful act, gross negligence, or willful or willful failure to comply with regulations or procedures;
j) Ensure that sufficient skilled and trained human resources are available to implement safety strategy and policy;
k) Provide the necessary resources for manpower, software, hardware, tools, documentation, processes, financial resources and all kinds of needs required to properly manage safety objectives and basic safety risks.
l) Ensure that the strategy is not only defined by the Ensure that the Safety Management Strategy is not only defined in terms of available resources, but is also based on the resources and working methods required to appropriately reduce key safety risks.
m) Establish and measure our safety performance against realistic objectives and/or targets;
n) Achieve the highest levels of safety standards and performance in all our aviation activities;
o) Continually improve our safety performance;
p) Conduct safety and management reviews and ensure that relevant action is taken; and
q) Ensure that the application of effective aviation safety management systems is integral to all our aviation activities, with the objective of achieving the highest levels of safety standards and performance.
